create
1 Fuse Pellon® Template A to wrong side of #1 assorted print Template A, aligning curved edges and 1 straight edge. Fold and glue fabric flap on remaining straight edge to wrong side (Diagram I).

Press 1/4" to wrong side of each curved edge (following dashed lines on template). Clip curved turn-under allowances to pressed lines (Diagram II).

Overlap straight edges 1/4" and glue together, keeping folded-fabric end on outside, to complete cupcake side (Diagram III).

2 Glue Timtex™ Template B to wrong side of felt Template C, centering; allow to dry. Glue to bottom of cupcake side, tucking all clipped areas inside cupcake bottom. Let dry completely. Stuff bottom with fiberfill.

3 Embellish #2 assorted print Template D circle as desired, keeping trims at least 1" from raw edge. Baste 1/4" from raw edge, and gather cupcake top by drawing up stitching, leaving a small (approximately 1 1/2") opening for stuffing. Stuff cupcake top with fiberfill.

4 Glue top to bottom and allow to dry completely.
