You Need:
White-on-white print (background) 2 5/8 yds.
Assorted prints and solids (blocks)2 1/2 - 3 yds. total
Green solid (inner border, binding) 1 1/8 yds.
Backing (piece widthwise) 3 3/4 yds.
Batting Twin size
Paper-backed fusible web 4 yds.
Sewing thread
Machine quilting thread

Plan It!
Practice and perfect your 1/4" seam allowance before you start working on this quilt to avoid problems fitting the pieced outer border to the quilt center. Minor adjustments may be made if needed when sewing the Nine-patch Blocks together in strips for the borders.

Cut It!
White-on-white print

... 20 squares 10 1/2" x 10 1/2"
... 165 squares 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Assorted prints and solids
cut 20 matching sets of:

... 1 Template B

cut 20 sets of:
... 4 matching Template C
cut a total of:
... 165 squares 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Green solid
... 4 strips 2 1/2" x 55", pieced from 6
width of fabric (WOF) strips

Sew It!
Step 1.
Trace Templates A-C on paper side of paper-backed fusible web. Cut apart, leaving small margin beyond drawn lines. Following manufacturer's instructions, fuse to wrong side of appropriate fabrics; cut apart on drawn lines.
