Sew It!
Step 1. Referring to Assembly Diagram, stitch red 1 1/2" x 12 1/2" strips to sides of white 12 1/2" square; trim even with top and bottom. Sew pink floral 1 1/2" square to each end of remaining 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" red strips. Sew pieced strips to top and bottom of block.
