Plan!
This project requires knowledge of foundation piecing methods (see Piece by Piece). Gail Kessler's Jellies fabric line for Andover Fabrics provides the right tropical punch needed in this delightful fish quilt. Foundation piecing keeps the fins sharp and pointy.

You Need:

Assorted bright textures (fish, border)
  2–2 1/2 yds. total
Medium blue texture (background)   1 5/8 yds.
Dark blue mottle (binding)   5/8 yd.
Backing (piece widthwise)   3 yds.
Batting   Twin size
Foundation paper

Sewing thread
Machine quilting thread

Cut!
Note:
