Step 6. Measure exact width of quilt (raw edge
to raw edge). Trim 2 pink novelty print 4 1/4" x WOF strips to
exact width measurement; sew Mini Star Blocks to ends of trimmed strips.
Stitch untrimmed pink novelty print strips to sides of quilt; trim
even with top/bottom. Stitch pieced strips to top/bottom.

Step 7. Layer and baste quilt
top for quilting method of your choice. Michele machine ditch quilted
the blocks and borders and added a triple loop motif to the pink novelty
print border. She quilted a triple corner loop motif in the large
white squares, and meander quilted the light pink and remaining white
areas. Bind quilt with dark rose print fabric (see Quiltmaking
Fundamentals).
