TABLE SKIRT
Finished Size
Circle with 85 1/2" diameter

You Need:
White print 5 yds.*
Sewing thread
Tape Measure
Pencil tied to a string
*Based on 44" width fabric.

Plan It!
Make a circular tablecloth to match your quilted table topper. Karen used a coordinating print from RJR Fabrics.

Cut It!
White print
... 2 rectangles 44" x 88"

Do It!
1. Using 1/4" seam allowance, stitch white print 44" x 88" rectangles together (see Diagram I). Press open seam. Finger-press pieced square in half twice (Diagrams II-A & B). Hint: To help hold layers together for marking and cutting, pin through all layers in several places.

2. Using tape measure and pencil on string, measure 43 1/4" from folded corner point and draw curved line. Cut on line to create 86 1/2" diameter outer circle.

3. Turn under 1/4" twice on outer circle and stitch, easing seam allowance as needed.
