Rebecca Preen (right) and her mother,

Nights (Quick Quilts, September 2000). Becky calls her
quilt "Something Funky for Amanda" because it is a gift
for Amanda Tapping, who plays Samantha Carter in the science fiction
TV series Stargate. Becky was able to present it to Amanda in
person at a science fiction convention.

her birthday by her sisters, Cheryl Willis and Candy Miller, both
