Quick Quilts - May 2005 Issue     Alexis and Andrea Pope are holding their versions of At Grandma's Knee (Quick Quilts, July 2002) made by their mother Regina of Frankfort, Illinois. Regina incorporated pictures as the center square of each block to make these memory quilts for her daughters.   Gerri Tredway of Jalisco, Mexico, collected cat print fabrics for a year to make a special quilt for her niece, Anastasia. Her version of Tipsy Squares (Quick Quilts, September 2003) also includes 30 family photos as the center squares of the blocks. The memory quilt was finished in time for Anastasia's high school graduation festivities.
