Quick Quilts - July 2007 Issue Sunflower Salsa (Quick Quilts, May 2006) was made by Kim Morris (left) and Doreen Defauw (right), both of Orion, Michigan. They made the quilt for their friend Janice's 50th birthday (Janice is hiding in the middle of the photo). They chose fabrics for a contemporary look.   Angie Bush of Chipley, Florida, made Water Weaving (Quick Quilts, September 2006) for her son Nate's teacher as a Christmas gift. Tiffany Hudson is shown with her quilt, which is now proudly displayed in her classroom.
