Quick Quilts - September 2006 Issue Monica Vieyra, age 10, is pictured with her version of Summer Attire Required (Quick Quilts, July 2005). She and her mother, Wendy, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, picked the fabrics together. Wendy enlarged the design so Monica can take her quilt to the beach.   Hip Chicks (Quick Quilts, March 2006) was an inspiration for Judy Driver of Owatonna, Minnesota. She made this larger version for her first grandchild (due in August), using a plush Minkee backing.
